There were a number of interesting lessons that they had to share with us – some of the most significant ones being that often, the difference between winning and losing for corporates lies in 1% of the things – doing the simple tasks well, giving every task 100% every time, and celebrating individual success collectively.
Drawing parallels with life in Sports and Industry, they provided some revealing insights – the fact that setting up a goal was as important as scoring a goal, that teams can lose in spite of having winners, it is best to know how to best use the skills in the team than to merely have a good team, and that even leaders come with a shelf life.

At the outset, a big thank you for making HP CAST 2013 even more interesting with your presence. Session was applauded to the core. Everybody took back essence of collaboration. And that’s what we wanted. T20 customer innovation along with 5 case studies were well received and interpreted by all attendees.
