Having conducted over 400 sessions of The Winning Way for various companies across sectors, Anita and Harsha decided to take the product digital. This enables the series to reach a much larger audience and takes care of issues like unavailability during the cricket season or due to other commitments. Moreover the digital version comes at a very attractive price and is also available in Hindi. Our attempt has been to make the digital version as close to the live one—giving you things to think about and things to do as well. We have four full-fledged modules that are more focused on particular topics and include an interactive exercise and are ideal for groups upto 50 people.
Very large companies that have many smaller batches.
Small companies, SMEs etc. with a smaller number of managers.
In case dates for a live session do not work out.
Consider your audience and your requirements before you select the module.
Make sure you have looked at the tech and other requirements before you sign up. You will need a decent internet connection to run this program.
We would advise you to have audiences of around 30-35 (and definitely not over 50) for the interactive sessions. In our experience, it helps if a senior manager links the session to your own business.
If you wish to roll out the program to diverse groups within the company or the same program multiple times to cover larger audiences you could give us a call.
The advantage of live sessions is that there is customization to the requirements of the audience and event. It is also possible to have interaction with the speakers. We have tried to include in the digi version things to discuss and things to do so that it comes as close to the live session as possible.
On the other hand the digi version is available anytime at your convenience, is a plug and play version that is more affordable and is also available in Hindi.
No problem at all. You can just book the slots accordingly. It is perfectly alright to book more than one program in the same time slot.
The Sporting Truths module is purely a presentation module and hence can be run for any size of audience. The other 4 modules come with an interactive element in which participants have to work on an exercise / case study in groups. Ideal group sizes are 6-9 participants and hence we restrict the audience number to 50.
The Hindi version has all the features of the English version. It is presented in colloquial Hindi for audiences with limited English comprehension.
